stateRunoffMajorityDetails	Contains majority vote rules for a state.
State	AP State ID. For more information, see State IDs.
State_Code	State postal code.
Percent_of_Vote_Needed_to_Avoid_Runoff	Confirms the percent of vote needed to avoid runoff or ranked choice voting processing.
Registration_Deadline	Registration deadline for candidates.
Notes	Additional notes, where applicable, about the state rules.
