Media API Version 2.2 Build 2.2.15 Release Notes

If you are programmatically integrating with Media API using your own client application, starting from the Media API 2.2.6 release, you've been able to assign an optional tracking label to an API session by adding the session_label={yourLabel} parameter to your feed, search or OnDemand request URL.

Media API 2.2.15 supports session tracking labels applied to agents on the Agent Configuration Dashboard. For more information, see Session Labels.
